1. Services
Xclusive Detailing provides mobile auto detailing in Crystal Lake and the surrounding Chicagoland area. Our technicians travel to your home or workplace and perform the service on site.

2. Booking and Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed. Some services require a deposit at the time of booking, which is applied to the total. Our technicians collect payment on completion.

3. Cancellations
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, to avoid charges.

4. Text Messages
When you book, we may text you about your appointment. These include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, a notice when your technician is on the way, and a notice when the work is complete.
If you check the optional box on our booking form, we may also text you offers and promotions. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply "STOP" to any message to opt out, or "HELP" for help. You can also call us at 847-501-0456.
